The manufacture speed of the production line

◇Tegular  board roller former adopts gear decelerator, the motor power is 2.2Kw and the direct manufacture speed is 4.27m/min. After adopting infinitive converter technology, the manufacture speed can be selected freely between 0-5.12m/min.

◇The  mainframe adopts gear decelerator, the motor power is 2.2KW and the direct manufacture speed is
4.5m/min. After adopting infinitive converter technology, the manufacture speed of mainframe can be selected freely between 0-4m/min.

◇When  manufacturing commonEPS core material slab, the selected manufacture speed should be between

2.5m/min and 4.5m/min. The manufacture speed for other board types is slightlylower.

◇The  whole production line is controlled by a synchronous controller with infinitive speed regulation and digit
display.
 

The flow-rate of the glue pump

 

The production line adopts K-9 glue metering pump with low rpm and high metering accuracy. The glue discharge volume can be  infinitival adjustedbetween 0.1kg/min and 2.0kg/min and a simulatedvolume is displayed.

The thickness of the sandwich board

 

The thickness of the sandwich board produced by the production line is 50-250mm. By adjusting the distance between the up and down pinch roller racks, the up and down cutting knife racks and the feeding device, the purpose of processing is that sandwich panel with different thickness can be achieved.

The exterior Dimension of the production line

 
The exterior dimension of the production line is 45000×2600×3000mm.
